About Our Educational Programmes

Lean Development Programme (LDP1–LDP5) is a comprehensive leadership development pathway — from a person's first steps as a manager to strategic leadership within an organisation. It is built on the principle of continuous improvement and the philosophy of Lean.

The Lean Development Programme is our proprietary, comprehensive development and self-improvement programme for specialists, managers and leaders at different levels, including senior management.

The individual programmes/courses (LDP1 to LDP5) have been designed so that their content and assignments address the specific needs and areas that different groups of leaders encounter in their day-to-day work.

  • LDP1 — for team leaders and operational specialists
  • LDP2 — for operational managers
  • LDP3 — for senior and executive management
  • LDP4 — the essence of Lean for top leaders who shape a Lean culture, including its impact on the organisation's financial performance
  • LDP5 — for Chief Executive Officers, business owners, board members, directors of all departments, senior and middle managers, as well as Lean experts who wish to achieve the highest level of leadership competence

Each programme combines comprehensive theoretical content with practical Lean tools.

Every module ends with a practical assignment or test that helps participants translate theory into real-world action and reinforce new leadership habits.

The online format enables participants to learn at their own pace. They can read, watch video content, complete interactive exercises and tests, and analyse case studies whenever the time is right for them.

Through our e-learning platform, we offer a new quality of learning in a flexible format that can be accessed from anywhere.

Each programme has been developed by experienced Lean Leadership practitioners, while interactive modules, tests and practical assignments support learning by doing.
